The medium grater from the Microplane Professional series produces fine, slightly wider strips. The slightly curved grating surface of the medium grater has an extremely sharp and durable stainless-steel blade.
The medium grater is characterised by photochemically etched cutting edges on one side. The grating surface and the handle of the medium grater in matt stainless steel are fitted with a robust stainless-steel frame. The non-slip rubber base ensures that the medium grater has a stable hold.
